Choosing the Right Business Structure
NOTE: This class was originally scheduled for Nov 16, 2022. Unfortunately there were late-breaking conflicts on that date. Given the holidays in later Nov & in Dec, the class has been moved to Jan 18, 2023. We apologize for the delay and any confusion or disruption.

The structure you choose for your business influences everything from day-to-day operations to taxes to how much of your personal assets are at risk. This workshop will review the four main business entity choices and help you choose the one right for your business today, and in the future. These include: sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company (LLC) and corporation (C or S). We will discuss the advantages and disadvantages to each for entrepreneurs, addressing such topics as simplicity, cost, liability protection and tax advantages.
