Virtual mentoring allowed better-matched mentors, who could schedule sessions earlier and more conveniently than pre-COVID.
What's the latest thoughts in terms of when Score National will again be working out of their office?
Is there still a correlation between number of different type services used (e.g. mentoring, workshops…) and degree o engagement?

In the Chapter Reports, I don't see the Client Engagement Index....is that due to the sample size being below 30 ?
Is it possible to start capturing revenue info from clients either when they register OR when they complete a survey. I would be interested to see ratings of people with $0 or below $500 per month vs. businesses that are actively making sales.
