My first hire was an employee that I led in the past. My second interview is a similar situation. Do I have to have some of these things "written" down right out of the gate? ie… interview questions. The first one, I didn't interview at all. The next may be more of a feeler to see if he was wanting to leave where he is and what he would be looking for in his next opportunity... Should I log those?
