Maximize your Profit when Selling a Business with Legal Help
Knowing the value of your business is the most important part of the selling price. Your financials should support it. An attorney is needed to guide you through the process to help maximize your profit.

Issues to consider:

- Goodwill value for a small business can play a profitable role.

- Unless you can sell on your own, a business broker will bring in potential buyers.

- Legal help is needed to assure the selling contract covers your sale from all angles.
