Women-Owned Small Business Contracting Certification Training Series – Part 1
Are you a woman-owned small business ready to grow?
If your business is at least 51% woman-owned and operated, you may be eligible for certification as a woman-owned business.
The federal government's goal is to award 5 percent of all federal contracting dollars to certified women-owned small businesses (WOSB) yearly, with specific contracts set aside for economically disadvantaged women-owned businesses (EDWOSB).
Join the SBA for a three-part series developed to provide the fundamentals and walk-through of the SBA's woman-owned small business certification program and application process.

• The benefits of being a WOSB and EDWOSB certified small business.
• Program eligibility requirements.
• Introduction of "no cost" contracting resources.
Part 2 - Wednesday, August 24, 2022
• The steps and processes to apply for the WOSB/ EDWOSB Certification.
Part 3 – Wednesday, September 21, 2022
• Staff from SBA Office Government Contracting - Women-Owned Small Business program will share best practices and guidance for the application and certification process.
